[1-6] 1 Leg [pistol] Squats
-Alternating legs perform 1 pistol [per leg], rest, perform 2 pistols, rest, perform 3 pistols, rest, and so on up to 6 pistols. If you are new to pistols use a box for depth, start with the 18″ and try to work your way to a 12″.
Perform 10 rounds for time of:
 Double 1 Leg Deadlifts [2x28kg/124lbs]
 Elevated KB Push Ups
