Here is a short movie trailer introducing EdgeFIT adaptation of the famous CrossFit workout “Fight Gone Bad”.
The EdgeFIT version is called “Edge Gone Bad” and differs from FGB in that it is performed with kettlebells rather than barbells, however the structure of the workout is the same.
“Edge Gone Bad”
3 rounds for maximum reps of:
Air Bells [16kg/35lbs]
Double Dead Cleans [2x12kg/52lbs]
Lateral KB Jumps
Double Push Press [2x12kg/52lbs]
Overhead Swings [24kg/53lbs]
With a continuous running clock perform each exercise for one minute, moving from one to the next. Rest one minute b/w rounds. Score is the total number of reps completed over 3 rounds.
