 Push Ups [kb/std]
 Lateral Air Squats
-Scale loads and modify movements if required. Record rounds/reps.
[4.] Finisher [time]
Perform 5 rounds each for time of:
*Rest 60 sec b/w rounds.
-Modify movement/distance if required. Record times.
