Intro to “Elizabell”
EdgeFIT head coach Ross Gilling introduces EdgeFIT benchmark POD [program of the day] “Elizabell”.
Elizabell is EdgeFIT’s adaptation of CrossFit’s Girl WOD “Elizabeth”. In this video Ross explains the differences between the two workouts and provides some basic coaching points for the movements involved in the workout.
