The EdgeFIT Clean Warm Up was devised by head coach Ross Gilling. The clean warm up was designed to be the ideal preparation for performing the clean Olympic lift.
EdgeFIT Clean Warm Up
Perform 1-3 sets of:
[8] Hang Shrugs
[8] Hang Muscle Cleans
[8] Racked Clean Lands
[8] Hang Power Cleans
[8] Hang Squat Cleans
*This warm up can be performed either 1 arm at a time or with double kb’s. For 1 arm perform all movements on one side then switch.

difference between a power clean and a muscle clean?
A power clean is where you get to use your legs- shrugging the Kettlebell up and dipping under it at the same time. The power clean is used when fatigue sets in or your are lifting heavier loads. A muscle clean has no dip ( or 1/4 squat ). The bell travels from just below the inside of knees to the chest only using a shrug. Hope that helps David!
