EdgeFIT Snatch Warm Up

Perform 1-3 rounds of:

[8] Hang Shrugs

[8] Hang High Pulls

[8] Hang Muscle Snatch

[8] Overhead Snatch Lands

[8] Hang Power Snatch

*This warm up can be performed 1 arm at a time or with double kb’s, when performing with 1 arm do all reps on one side before switching.
