EdgeFIT Power Warm Up
The EdgeFIT Power Warm Up was devised by head coach Ross Gilling. The power warm up was designed to be the ideal preparation for performing the major power lifts, such as deadlifts, squats, and presses.
It can also be used as a general warm up prior to performing any type of exercise, as it effectively increases the heart rate, warms core temperature, and involves all the major movements of the body through a full range of motion.
Perform 1-3 rounds of:
 Sumo Deadlifts
 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
 Overhead Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
 Bottoms Up Front Squats
 Back Squats
 Bottoms Up Squat Thrusters
 1 Arm Presses [4 reps per arm]
 1 Arm Push Presses [4 reps per arm]
