Push Jerk

The EdgeFIT Push Jerk Warm Up was devised by head coach Ross Gilling. The push jerk warm up was designed to be the ideal preparation for performing the jerk Olympic lift.

[8] Racked Jerk Squats

[8] Racked Jump Squats

[8] Chest Bumps

[8] Push Press

[8] Overhead Jerk Lands

[8] Push Jerks

*This warm up can be performed both 1 arm and with double kettlebells, for 1 arm version perform all movements on one side then switch sides.
