EdgeFIT Swing Warm Up
The EdgeFIT Swing Warm Up was devised by head coach Ross Gilling. The swing warm up was designed to be the ideal preparation for performing the major swing or sport style lifts, such as swings, cleans, jerks, snatches and clean & jerks.
It can also be used as a general warm up prior to performing any type of exercise, as it effectively increases the heart rate, warms core temperature, and involves all the major muscles of the body.
Perform 1-3 rounds of:
 Around the Body Pass [10 each direction]
 Russian Swings
 Halos [5 each direction]
 Overhead Swings
 1 Arm Swings [5 per arm]
 1 Arm Swing Cleans [5 per arm]
 1 Arm Push Jerks [5 per arm]
 1 Arm Swing Snatches [5 per arm]
 1 Arm Swing Clean & Jerk [5 per arm]
