We have introduced this “Goals” tab to encourage EdgeFITers to set monthly goals and to track the progress and achievement of our members.
Each month give your self a personal goal to strive for, it can be anything from the number of workouts you do per week > to weight loss > to running a 5k in a certain amount of time > to do a set number of unbroken pull ups. It can be anything you like, just be sure to make a realistic goal that is attainable and measurable.
We have implemented goal setting with our members of EdgeFIT HQ and have seen some wonderful results! It is amazing what you can achieve if you have a target to shoot for.
To set your goal simply post it in the comments section of the current month. Then reply to your comment throughout the month updating your progress.
At the end of each month we will check who achieved their goals and transfer their result into our achievements tab.
Also the EdgeFITer with the most impressive acheivement will be recognized and recieve a reward!

15-18 kipping pull ups! Got 10 down…. 5 more to go.
…With pull-ups, I have moved on from using the green band (1.75 inches) to the blue (1.25) and onto just the single half inch bands for assistance. I’ve now gotten 5 unassisted kipping pull-ups. My goal is 10 unassisted.
1) Work out 4 days/week
2) 15 strict CTB pull ups
