Perform 1 set every 30 seconds for 6 minutes of:

[4] Jumping Slam Balls [20#/14#] + [4] Box Jumps [30"/24"]

-Modify movements if required. 

[3.] Work Capacity [load]

KB Strength Circuit 0.1

Perform 4 rounds for load of:

[12] Alternating Press [6 per arm]

[12] Double Bent Rows

[12] Double Floor Press

[12] Seated Twist

[12] 1 Arm Get Up Sit Ups [6 per arm]

[12] Double Horizontal Rows

*Use the same load for each movement within a round, attempt to increase load each round, rest 60 sec b/w rounds. For Strength Endurance perform 20 reps per exercise. 

-Modify movements and reps if required. Record heaviest load.

1 Arm Get Up Sit Ups [12kg/8kg]

*With a running clock perform max reps possible with your right arm in 20 sec, rest 10 sec, perform max reps possible with your left arm in 20 sec, rest 10 sec and so on for 4 minutes/8 intervals. 

-Scale load and modify movement if required. Record load and lowest rep score.
