[1-6] Ring Muscle Ups
-Perform 1 MU, rest, perform 2 MU’s, rest, perform 3 MU’s, rest, and so on up to 6 MU’s. If you don’t have MU’s performed a modified version or work on progressions.
Perform 20, 16, and 12 reps for time of:
Double Dead Snatches [2x20kg/88lbs]
-Scale loads and modify movements as required.
